BuildStack.ai Featured Listing Terms

These terms apply when you buy a Featured Listing on BuildStack.ai (getbuildstack.ai). The service is provided by AI FUTURE ASIA PTE LTD, a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). By completing checkout you agree to these terms on behalf of the company you represent.

1. What you get A Featured Listing includes, for each paid month and in the category you choose: a highlighted card at the top of the category page, priority placement in the comparison table, a verified-vendor badge with an extended description, inclusion of your profile in our llms.txt and llms-full.txt summaries, and a Briefing slot: a short mention of your product in each issue of the BuildStack Briefing (our email newsletter) sent during the paid month. We may add perks, but we will not remove a listed perk during a paid month.

2. Editorial independence Payment buys placement and presentation, not facts. Feature data, pricing, and comparisons are researched by us and stay the same whether or not you pay. Featured placements are labelled "Featured" or "Sponsored". You can send corrections with sources at any time, paid or not.

3. Your content You give us the description, logo, and links for your listing and confirm you have the right to use them. You let us display them on BuildStack.ai and in our data files while your listing is active. We may decline or edit content that is misleading, unlawful, or off-topic, and will tell you if we do.

4. Price, billing, and promotions The price is USD 500 per month per category, plus any applicable taxes, billed in advance each month by card through Stripe. Promotional codes (for example FOUNDING3, 50% off the first 3 months) apply only as stated at checkout, then the normal price applies. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an active subscription.

5. Cancellation and refunds You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your listing stays featured until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not refund partial months. If we fail to deliver the listing for a paid month, or end the service ourselves, we will refund the unused portion of that month.

6. Ending a listing We may end a Featured Listing if payment fails and is not fixed within 7 days, or if the listing breaches section 3. If we close the featured programme, we will give 30 days' notice and refund any unused paid period.

7. Liability The directory is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any number of visitors, leads, or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Law These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
